So excited to have another opportunity to exhibit work at the Steamboat Springs Art Depot (a gallery exhibit sponsored by the Steamboat Springs Arts Council). This awesome gallery experience is unique and just up my alley! The pieces in this exhibit have features that stimulate all of the senses.
My art piece is brought to a new level because of the sound created by Austen Williams for this project. This is our 2nd collaboration and it is an honor for me that he accepted this collaboration!
This is the small sculpture that will be on display in February. The opening night of the show will be during the February art work in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The visual of the sculpture and the sound will be accompanied by seaweed crackers for tasting, sand and sea shells to touch and help create a close simulation to an Australian experience.
